Employee Workshops -- Important Pay Information for MEO Impacted Employees |
The Office of Human Resources is sponsoring workshops on grade and compensation issues for NIH staff that will be moving into the new NIH Division of Extramural Activities Support (DEAS), and taking positions defined under the MEO.
Since some of these positions will be at lower grade levels than staff members currently occupy, OHR experts want to review with you a number of compensation/pay issues that may arise. The topics covered will include:
- Voluntary Change to Lower Grade
- Highest Previous Rate of Pay
- Moving to/from Special Rates of Pay
- Grade and Pay Retention
Each workshop will accommodate approximately 30 employees and will cover the same material, so please register for and attend the one that is most convenient for you. The workshop schedule is as follows:
